A. Thank you for your email. You need a detailed assessment by an anesthetist to determine safety of the procedure. However, such procedures are done under general anaesthetic with due precautions. You need to seek some advice from your G.P regarding suitability of rhinoplasty on NHS. Rhinoplasty cost ranges from £3250 to £4500 depending upon the type and extent of the surgical procedure. You are welcome to bring in photos of noses that you like, and on a computer simulation it is possible to evaluate how that shape would integrate with your facial features.
