Q. I recently broke my nose and was treated by an nhs ent consultant. Unfortunately he was covering for another ent consultant who specializes in noses. As a result I had my nose reset by manipulation however no tools were used inside the nose. At first I was pleased by his work until I realized my nostrils were uneven and my nose was bent towards the right this is very noticable at the nostrils and they are uneven. I learnt of the mild right deviation that was causing no breathing difficulties in a copy of the letter that was sent to my GP. Is it too late to have my septum straightened and will this help my twisted nostrils and nose? I broke my nose 4 weeks ago.,

Q. hi after 5 years of cocaine abuse i have a big hole in the middle of my nose it is probably between the size of a five pence piece and a twenty pence piece. i am worried as that is alot of damage to my nose and i dont know what else could happen,(if my nose could collapse) or anything, if i feel with my finger i can feel it very easily and you can see it if look in mirror. i am obviously very consious of it even though im pretty sure people cant notice it from just looking at me, i am intrested in finding out if there is any surgical way of fixing it? if you could email me with any information you can that would be great, thankyou.,

A. Hi – my prices for rhinoplasty are fixed and if you would like to email enquiries@labelleforme.co.uk my staff can tell you the latest price. I never do offers but I think there are some high street clinics that do. I think with rhinoplasty, the important thing is that you have a few consultations with a few surgeons, they can show you some of their before and after pictures and you can decide which surgeon is best for you. Some consultations are free and some you have to pay for. Hope this helps

A. Hi – you’ll still be swollen and scarred at this stage, and often the final results are seen at around the one year mark. So, you’ll continue to see change as the months go by. You just have to be patient, I’m afraid, to see the final results.
