Hello , am 18 and am planning to get rhinoplasty, why becasue my face is not symmetrical , well not my face but my nose , every time i take a picture , the other side looks dodgey, and it doesnt look the same and it bothers me soo much , that wen i was a teenager, i always was scared to go outside cause am scared that someone might look at my nose and think ,eww. My nose is unsymmetrical, everytime i take photots it comes up dodgey and i hate that. thats why i normally intend to tilt my heaad slighty towards the side so my whole nose wont show, basically my side face, and at school , there was this photo ofme , when my whole face was shown and everyone started to pick on me , and i kept on crying , and it bothered me so much ,that everytime i looked in the mirror i though , eww, and i would like a symmertiacl nose , that goes and matches with my face properly, the main aspect of my having rhionplasty, firstly to shrink it down a bit, narrow the nostrils more, and make it more symmetrical , so i can take a normal photo, with out me haing to worry always . Q. Hi, I have problems with my Breathing, i find this highly embarrassing when i sleep at my boyfriends as i tend to be heavy breathing when i sleep. I have seen my doctor about this and he has given me a nasal spray but i dont want to take this for the rest of my life. Is they anyway thiis could be fixed through rhinoplasty and what would the cost affects a be? Thank.,

Q. Dear Mr Banwell, When I was 7 years old (I am now 36) I had a boil in my nose, which got infected and took a few months to heel and for the swelling to go down. This according to my doctor caused internal scaring in my nostril. I therefore have one nostril bigger than the other and my nose looks very different from the left/right profile. I think if I was to have my nose corrected I would want my nostrils to be made identical, the end of my nose rounder, as it is a little hockie looking, and I have a slight ridge which I would like smoothed out. Basically I would love to have a “girlie” nose! What work do you think I would need, and how much would I need to save. I would also like to now how long it would take to heal and how long before I can exercise, as I work as a Fitness Instructor. Many thanks Lucy,

A. unfortunately you are a little too young to be considering surgery or non-surgical techniques non-surgical shaping cannot really get rid of bumps….it tends to be used for dips only although can be used to smooth bumps out too in certain scenarios
