Q. hi, i have a deviated septum and the cartilage on my right nostril and right side of the tip is really thin compared to the left, it has retracted so much you can see inside my nose which looks horrible. it seems like there is no cartilage in my tip much at all. what could be done to make my nose symetrical. can you pull the skin down???? cheers. craig,

Q. hi. I had a rhinoplasty recently (a month ago) and the surgical procedures I got were rhinoplasty with an open procedure, rasping the hump (shaving the hump area on the nasal bridge), alar cartiilage resection from the nose tip, and graft the resected cartilage to the nasal root (on top board of the nose bridge). Now im thinking that my nose looks small and that my frontal view is showing me a bit too much of my nostrils. Before my nostrils were sort of covered by the droopy tip. Im still not used to my frontal profile especially when i smile. Is there a way of bringing back the droopy tip? (The droopy tip made my nose appear longer before). ALSO,my columella still feels stiff and kind of numb. IF i had an open rhinoplasty, does the base or the position of the columella gets affected? Should it feel raised?,
