Q. Hi I Have a large wide and thick skinned nose. I had a recent consultation, and to my dissapointment, I was informed that I was not a suitable patient as I had really thick skin. Is there anyway that I can get my nose reduced in width and with subtle definition and possibly thin the skin? Please let me know asap,
