Q. I have lots of very large open pores on my nose and would love to them removed. What would be the best kind of treatment for this and how much would it cost?,

 

A. Thank you for your enquiry. Large pores are a sign of excess sebum production. Firstly, do not wash your face with hot water – use cold water only.
