Beyond this age, apart from the fact that the nasal development has more or less stabilised, the facial proportions have also entered a slower rate of change.

Q. I have a question, i had my nose job 3 years ago on 2007, few months ago i had job to do in modeling and it because in a rush my assistant changed my shirt and when she lift the shirt up she also lift my nose and its hurt me very much, since that time i thought it will be just fine but the fact is not fine because now there’s a red a little bit black like a blood inside and it really bother me now coz it made me self concious …. what should i do? i did take antibiotic but it didnt work at all… shall i re-do the surgery and will it back like when i had the nose job at first time and look good?,
A. Three years is a long time for any subsequent injury or trauma to your nose to disturb the results of your rhinoplasty. It would however be advisable for you to consult the surgeon who undergo your rhinoplasty for him to have a look at the inside of the nose. From what you described it could be that you might have some internal injury to the lining of the nose which may have cause some trauma and dealing. It might be a good idea for you to visit your general practitioner for him to have a look inside the nose.
