A. Hi there. I can perform digital imaging for you, but you need to have two consultations for that – the first is to take the pictures and have the consultation and the second is to see them. The final results of a rhinoplasty take around a year to be seen, and even then there is some degree of unpredictability. So, I would say that photographs don’t tell you what you will look like, but tell me what I should be aiming for at the end of the operation. Bruising and swelling start at the end of the operation and your nose is then placed in a plaster which means you first see it when it’s at its most swollen
