A. Thank you for your enquiry. From the description of your symptoms it is quite likely that you have had a fracture of the nasal septum and of the nasal bony framework. You would need to be seen by a constructive plastic surgeon or an ENT surgeon with an interest in rhinoplasty. It is quite likely that the obstruction to your bleeding and to beat the infections maybe caused by deviation of the septum and thereby hypertrophy.
