A. Thank you for your email. If you want any nose reshaping done before 18 years of age, it is a good idea to involve your parents. Facial skeleton (bones) continues growing till 16 years of age in women and 18 years of age in men. I need to assess you to determine the extent of bony and/or cartilage work involved in the rhinoplasty procedure. Cartilage reshaping can be considered even at the age of 15 years however, if rhinoplasty requires bony work then we need to wait till your facial skeleton growth is complete.
