In particular in the context of a very significant deviation my preference would be to use the open tip approach for this type of correction.

I charge £100 for a consultation at my clinic and the cost of rhinoplasty is around £3900 or thereabouts. I have fixed cost surgery for rhinoplasty, and I’m having an open evening on November 24th. At the open evening I can see your nose and let you know if I can achieve your aims – without you having to pay for a full consultation to get that answer. You’ll still need a formal consultation but you’d be very welcome at my open evening in my clinic. Hope that helps
