Q. I had septorhinoplasty done 12 days ago to have a hump removed, i didn’t want anything else changed, ie nostrils, length etc… but now when i look in the mirror my left nostril is much higher than the right, and i feel as if my nose has shurnk, although it is straight it looks like a tube, like in the film avatoir, just not blue. it’s really getting to me will it drop back down to the normal length> my surgeon told me to expect some tip rotation, but it just looks squashed and piggy like, When i smile i look evil! i had such a lovely smile, now i look like the joker from batman, what do you suggest? and would massage help reduce swelling although i don’t have much it seems to have all gone down.,
