A. I don’t send people photos, but I do show them to people at a consultation. I hope you can understand the reasons for that, which are mainly to do with privacy of my current patients who have given me permission to show photos but not to distribute their photos. Q. Im really want a nose reduction but have just started to research some aspect of the surgery to see what the best way forward is for me. Do you use computer imaging photos during the rhinoplasty consultation to show me how things may look after surgery please.,

 

A. I can certainly use some imagery to give me an idea of what you are hoping to achieve, but imaging helps me with what you’re hoping to achieve rather than help you with what I can achieve. There are too many unpredictabilities with rhinoplasty to give you a guarantee of what your results will be, so you have to accept some of the limitations of the procedure.

Q. I looked on the before and after gallery on this site but could not find any before and after photos of your rhinoplasty work on there. Do you have any before and afters and just dont publish them on this site or do I have to come for consultation to see some. Many thanks again,

Q. Im 24 years old and have an extremely crooked nose which is only accentuated by the fact the tip also runs of to the left.
