Q. Just wondering how many nose jobs you have done and whether you have performed them on any middle-eastern patients?,
A. I have done a fair number of nose jobs although I’m not in the position to give you an exact number. I have performed rhinoplasty’s on Middle Eastern patients I would like to say that the results obtained in the Middle East patients are more difficult to appreciate as the result of the increased thickness of the nasal skin which does not outline the alterations made to the underlying bony framework as well as in Caucasian patients.

It is difficult to mend them as one nose but mattering of the bridge of the nose and using can build up the nose and improve and the features of the nose. I would advice that you look at the website from the previous associations of plastic surgeons and choose plastic surgeon that is recommended with a special addition in rhinoplasty and septo-rhinoplasty. I have seen my GP regarding this and he just prescribes me a spray that doesn’t help. I have requested to be referred to an ENT specialist and wondered if this would be the cotrrct course of action? Is it likely I will need surgery to cure this problem in the long term?,
A. You seemed to have a both a function on and a cosmetic element to your problem in relation to your nose. The bleeding problem maybe related to either a problem with the of your nasal septum or problem with the hypertrophy of turbulence with the scratches inside the nose. I think you need to consult a plastic surgeon who is specific in septo-rhinoplasty or an India surgeon who specializes in nasal surgery. You can get this information from the website of previous associations of plastic surgeons or the previous associations of Indian surgeons. Q. Hello Mr. Lucian Ion. My name is ####### and i am enquiring about a rhinoplasty procedure. I recently had an accident abroad and came off the back off a motorcycle and seriously damaged my nose. I was rushed to hospital where they had to perform emergency surgery on the base of my nose as the skin and cartilage was hanging off. They had to cut both the skin and cartilage off the base (the thinner part towards the point of the nose) as it was too damaged to repair. They then had to stretch and lower my nose and re-attach it. There for i have been left with a hook profile and very long un-even nostrils and it has left me distraughted. I suffer from anxiety and mild depression on a daily basis and am on medication, so i find it hard as it is. Now this has happened to my nose it’s only made things 10 times worse and is seriously affecting every aspect of my life and i’v lost my job and struggle to even leave the house. I don’t know whether you can class it as revision rhinoplasty or not but they did have to operate on it in thailand where i had the accident, so i believed it may be revision. I am going to see my GP this week to ask them for a referral on the NHS. Is it ok to meet you so you can examine my nose as i am desperate to get it sorted so i can move on with my life.
