A. Thanks for your enquiry. Reducing flared nostrils can be quite difficult sometimes, so you need to let me know what your aim in surgery is. We commonly do this with an alar base reduction and it’s important to let you know what the implications of such a procedure are, as some people think it will do something it doesn’t.
